Job Description

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Honeywell is a global team of thinkers and innovators, seeking a Recent Grad/Full Time Chemical Engineer. In this role, you will apply your knowledge in chemical engineering to develop and implement chemical processes while ensuring compliance with safety regulations.


Responsibilities

  • Apply knowledge and skills in a dynamic and innovative environment
  • Work alongside experienced engineers and contribute to the design, development, and implementation of chemical processes and solutions
  • Impact the development and improvement of chemical processes
  • Contribute to product development projects
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards

Skills

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree (or higher) from an accredited college or university in Chemical Engineering or similar field
  • Must have graduated or graduating from an accredited college or university between August 2025 and May 2026 and be available to begin full-time work between September 2025 - July 2026
  • Must have obtained degree within 12 months of the date of hire
  • Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. citizen, U.S. permanent resident, or have asylum or refugee status in the U.S
  • Honeywell is currently unable to consider applicants who would require current or future sponsorship for employment authorization for this position
  • Candidates must be authorized to legally work in the United States without current or future sponsorship requirements
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Word, Project, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with other organizations and individuals at all levels
  • Ability to drive innovation and continuous improvement
  • Passion for safety, sustainability, and compliance
  • Strong technical expertise in chemical engineering principles and practices
  • Knowledge in product development and improvement
