Job Description
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. RedLegg is a leading provider of cybersecurity solutions, committed to protecting our clients’ digital assets. The Security Analyst I will focus on client’s front-line security monitoring, investigating incidents, and enhancing security posture.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and assess client security alerts
- Identify areas for enhancing client security posture
- Investigate security incidents to determine cause and provide detailed reports to clients
- Stay informed about industry-wide attacks
- Provide proactive analysis of customer intrusions, incidents, and vulnerabilities
Skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology
- At least 1 year of experience in Information Security or Networking
- Familiarity with Unix, Python, C++, Java, Powershell/bash
- Certification in Security-related Industry, Vendor, or Professional Certification
- 1 or more years of information security or networking experience
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail
- Highly motivated
