TransUnion is a company that fosters collaboration and innovation, providing a dynamic work environment. The Credentialing and Onboarding Specialist role focuses on analyzing business and customer information, primarily for credentialing new customers and managing enablement codes.


Responsibilities

  • Interpret and analyze a wide range of business and customer information, with a primary focus on credentialing new customers, re-credentialing existing customers, and creating and managing enablement and subscriber codes
  • Provide support to the Team for QA accountability and assist the QA Team with questions or clarification on the QA process for Credentialing
  • Continual review & maintaining of the internal QA process manual to ensure it is up to date in combination with continual audits performed on our Credentialing Team not to exceed 10% of work to be audited
  • Collaboration with Management as a point of escalation when needed, for complex problem solving
  • Performance of due diligence examination and or investigation on more complex cases as well as those involving additional geographic areas outside US not to exceed more than 30% of the actual work to be performed
  • Authentication of end users permissible purpose/authorized uses based on local government regulations and laws
  • Assessment of certified intended use of services and or products requested on more complex packages and/or packages from geographic areas outside US
  • Examination and investigation via Third Party tools and/or resources; as well as research of online resources that can be used as compensating resource equivalent to third party tools and/or resources approved in the US
  • Determination, verification and authentication of applicant’s federal, state, city/municipal and other government regulatory requirements including those on international soil
  • Assessment and determination of applicant’s business legitimacy based on local government requirements per applicable country
  • Enforcement of TransUnion policies regarding credentialing and ability to make recommended amendments to the same, based on working experience

Skills

  • 1-3 years experience Credentialing and/or Onboarding
  • Identifying, articulating, and solving complex problems based on submitting business unit needs and local governmental regulations
  • Proficiency with Excel
  • Provide support to the Team for QA accountability and assist the QA Team with questions or clarification on the QA process for Credentialing
  • Continual review & maintaining of the internal QA process manual to ensure it is up to date in combination with continual audits performed on our Credentialing Team not to exceed 10% of work to be audited
  • Collaboration with Management as a point of escalation when needed, for complex problem solving
