Job Description

DLC Management Corp. is a leading owner and operator of open-air retail shopping centers, recognized for its strong culture and commitment to employee development. They are seeking a Legal Assistant to support the Legal Department by monitoring corporate compliance, assisting with legal filings, and conducting legal research.


Responsibilities

  • Monitoring and assisting with corporate compliance, including tracking and completing corporate entity filings
  • Assisting with filing applications and tracking compliance for professional licenses
  • Drafting default notices and other correspondence
  • Conducting legal research
  • Processing invoices
  • Providing other support to the Legal Department

Skills

  • Bachelor's/Associate's degree, or equivalent relevant experience
  • Strong attention to detail and highly organized
  • Positive, can-do attitude
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment that requires flexibility
  • Strong interpersonal and communications skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
