Job Description
USANA Health Sciences is seeking an outgoing and people-focused individual to join their HR team as an HR Administrator. The role involves handling a variety of administrative tasks that support the global HR department and enhance employee experience through onboarding and performance management.
Responsibilities
- Act as a point of contact for employees in the resolution of HR issues and provide timely and effective solutions
- Facilitate a positive employee experience through onboarding, performance management, and other core HR function
- Assist the learning and development team with tasks related to coordinating logistics for training programs, including scheduling, materials preparation, and communications
- Maintain and update records in the learning management systems and track participation and completion rates
- Collect and analyze feedback to evaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvement
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field
- Up to two years' of related experience
- Bilingual English/Spanish
- HR related certification
