Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Carrot is a global fertility and family care platform that supports members and their families through significant life moments. The Member Marketing Operations Specialist will execute global member lifecycle communications, manage campaigns, and collaborate with various teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality communications to millions of members.
Responsibilities
- Support the execution of Carrotโs global member lifecycle communications across channels such as email and SMS
- Build campaigns in Blueshift, manage audience segmentation, perform campaign QA, and ensure accurate delivery of member communications at scale
- Partner closely with Lifecycle Marketing, GTM, and Data teams to translate campaign strategies into operational execution
Skills
- 1-2 years of experience in marketing operations, lifecycle marketing, email marketing, or a similar campaign execution role
- Experience building and executing campaigns in a marketing automation platform such as Blueshift, Braze, Iterable, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Unparalleled attention to detail and ability to manage audience segmentation, campaign setup, and QA processes accurately and consistently
- Experience working with customer data platforms or marketing automation tools such as Blueshift
- Familiarity with audience segmentation logic and working with large-scale member or customer datasets
- Experience supporting multilingual or international marketing campaigns
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally with lifecycle marketing, product, and data teams
- Familiarity with campaign QA workflows and operational processes within a marketing organization
