Andersen Corporation is a leader in the window and door industry, known for its commitment to quality and exceptional customer experiences. They are seeking an Ordering Retail Service Representative I to provide customer service support for delivery partners and customers, focusing on data entry and administrative tasks. This hybrid role requires onsite presence a few days a week and emphasizes accuracy in processing orders and resolving customer issues.
Responsibilities
- Performs data entry level clerical work related to RbA CORO sales and service, of limited complexity and variety
- Perform administrative tasks associated with job
- Processes complex orders/requests, with 100% accuracy from intake to filing
- Ensures customer management system is updated appropriately
- Clarifies, diagnoses, and resolves customer order issues
- Creates packets or other materials as required for sales fulfillment process
- Prepares customer correspondence
- Identifies and implements ways to improve overall level of service
- Communicates order fulfillment process information to internal delivery partners and provides customer/delivery partner feedback
- Administers programs, e.g. customer referral program
- May train others in office and customer service processes
- May create purchase orders, process payments or process receipts
- Ability to develop and establish good interpersonal relationships

Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent plus 1-3 years' work experience to include order processing work
- Demonstrated word processing, spreadsheet and general computer skills
- Strong phone etiquette & verbal skills to facilitate problem resolution

- Able to determine customer needs and assist in resolving issues for assigned area
