CalPERS is the nation’s largest public pension fund, providing retirement and health benefits to public employees, retirees, and their families. The role of Administrative Analyst involves providing direct support to the CFO, managing sensitive information, and ensuring deliverables are met while collaborating across divisions to support financial operations.

Skills
- All experience and education relating to the Minimum Qualifications (MQs) listed on the Classification Specification should be included in your application package to clearly demonstrate how you meet the MQs for this position

- The SOQ must not exceed two pages in length
- Describe your experience supporting executive-level leadership or a board/committee
- Include the types of materials you prepared (e.g., briefing documents, agendas, presentations), how you managed deadlines, and how you ensured accuracy and confidentiality
- Provide a specific example of a time you managed several critical tasks simultaneously
- How did you prioritize the work, communicate with stakeholders? What was the outcome?
- You may need to pass an examination to establish list eligibility prior to a final offer of employment
