The role involves managing full case lifecycles, collaborating with a team of attorneys, and devising strategic solutions to protect client interests in litigation.
Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of the case lifecycle, from initial assessment to resolution
- Work seamlessly with a team of skilled attorneys and staff
- Use your legal acumen to devise and implement strategic solutions that protect client interests and achieve optimal outcomes in litigation
Skills
- Professional member of the Washington State Bar
- 1 - 5 years of experience in all phases of insurance defense litigation including case management, motion practice, and discovery
- Experience with hearings, depositions, and arbitrations
