- Build & Architect Design and deliver scalable APIs, microservices, and integration pipelines
- Develop cloud-native solutions in Microsoft Azure (App Services, Functions, Entra ID, API Management)
- Lead architecture for event-driven and distributed systems
- Drive AI & MLOps Innovation Implement AI/ML-enabled services and automation workflows
- Build and scale MLOps pipelines (Azure ML, MLflow, Databricks)
- Develop PoCs and bring emerging technologies into production
- Guide and mentor engineers while remaining hands-on in code and design
- Act as the escalation point for complex technical challenges
- Foster a culture of ownership, innovation, and engineering excellence
- Build systems aligned with HIPAA, PHI/PII protection, and healthcare standards
- Implement interoperability frameworks such as FHIR, HL7, and EDI
- Requirements:
- 8+ years in software engineering, with 3+ years in a senior or lead capacity
- Strong hands-on experience with: Python and/or Node.js
- Azure cloud ecosystem
- API design (REST/GraphQL), microservices, and event-driven architecture
- Proven experience in AI/ML or AI integration frameworks
- Experience in healthcare or regulated environments (required)
- Familiarity with: FHIR, HL7, EDI, or healthcare interoperability
- OAuth2, JWT, Entra ID (identity & security)
- Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized systems
