Position: Building Automation Sales Executive
Location: Denver Metro Area
Position Overview We are seeking a Building Automation Sales Executive to drive new business development across the Denver Metro area . This role is responsible for identifying and securing new clients, building long-term relationships, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC or Building Automation sales , with a proven ability to generate new business and maintain client relationships. This role requires a high-energy, entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while delivering excellent service to clients.
- Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Denver Metro market
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Understand client needs and provide tailored building automation solutions
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction
- Maintain consistent communication with clients and act as a trusted advisor
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics
- Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of sales experience in Building Automation or Controls Services
- Proven track record of sales success with an established network or book of business
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent networking and relationship-building abilities
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels , including executive leadership
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Strong writing, phone, and presentation skills
- Salesforce experience is strongly preferred
