Job Description

The President for this fast growing contract logistics firm drives long-term strategic commercial growth, financial performance, and operational excellence, often focusing on technology adoption (WMS/TMS) to optimize supply chain, inventory, and fulfillment speed. They manage stakeholder relations, ensure compliance, and lead high-performing teams to meet safety and efficiency standards.

    Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Vision: Developing and executing high-level plans to advance market share, growth, and profitability in warehousing and transportation.
  • Operational Excellence: Overseeing warehouse operations to improve margins, reduce inefficiencies, and ensure accuracy in order fulfillment.
  • Technology & Innovation: Driving the adoption of modern warehousing, automation, and supply chain technologies (e.g., WMS, TMS) to enhance customer service.
  • Leadership & Culture: Building a performance-driven culture focusing on safety, compliance, and employee development.
  • Stakeholder Management: Communicating with investors, partners, and clients to align interests and secure new business opportunities.
    Required Qualifications:
  • Experience: Proven experience in a top executive role with P&L responsibility for at least 150M business within the logistics, freight, and or warehouse sector.
  • Skills: Expertise in supply chain management, demand forecasting, logistics efficiency, and financial management.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or logistics; MBA preferred.
