Work-From-Home Sales Recruiter (Commission-Based)
Location: Remote (United States)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Are you a self-motivated, organized go-getter who thrives in a fast-paced environment? We’re looking for a driven Sales Recruiter to help us build a strong team of B2B sales agents across the United States.
This is a 100% commission-based opportunity with bonuses, incentives, and full training provided. If you’re a hustler who knows how to stay consistent, follow systems, and communicate professionally—this could be a great fit for you.
- What You’ll Do:
- Recruit and connect with B2B sales candidates nationwide
- Review resumes and conduct initial outreach (calls, texts, emails)
- Follow a structured workflow and recruitment process
- Maintain organized candidate tracking and notes
- Consistently follow up with applicants
- Schedule interviews and guide candidates through onboarding
- What We’re Looking For:
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Strong follow-up skills (no leads left behind mindset)
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Ability to follow systems and workflows
- Administrative confidence (comfortable managing tasks, notes, scheduling)
- No recruiting experience required—but transferable skills are a must (sales, customer service, admin, etc.)
- Requirements:
- Must have your own computer and cell phone
- Reliable internet connection
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
