Overview
Movez Car Rental is seeking a motivated and customer focused Travel Reservation Specialist to join our growing team. This is a remote position that offersflexible hours and the opportunity to work from anywhere.
At Movez, we provide a unique level of service to our customers. In addition to delivering rental vehicles directly to guests in Orlando to help them avoid long wait lines, we also extend our service beyond transportation by helping customers book their full travel experience. Through our travel partnerships, we assist clients with hotels, flights, theme park access, and travel arrangements worldwide.
As a Travel Reservation Specialist, you will help clients plan and book travel for destinations around the world while also assisting customers visiting Orlando. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, has strong communication skills, and is excited about both travel and customer service.
- Responsibilities
- Assist customers with travel inquiries and vacation planning
- Book travel arrangements including hotels, flights, theme park tickets, and vacation packages
- Support Orlando guests with travel-related services connected to their car rental experience
- Provide excellent customer service before, during, and after the booking process
- Build and maintain relationships with clients for repeat and referral business
- Market and promote Movez travel services to attract new clientele
- Help expose customers to the travel benefits and global booking access
- Manage reservations accurately and professionally
- Communicate with clients in a timely and helpful manner
- Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Sales, marketing, or travel booking experience is a plus
- Ability to build rapport with clients and provide personalized service
- Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
- Comfortable using online systems, email, and booking platforms
- Passion for travel and helping customers create memorable experiences

Pay: $25,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
