I am reaching out regarding a professional editing opportunity for an academic manuscript in the field of law and artificial intelligence. We have developed a novel methodological approach to the use of AI in legal analysis, and we have prepared a comprehensive article of approximately 110–120 pages in English.
As the authors are non-native English speakers, we are seeking an experienced editor with strong academic and legal writing expertise to support us in preparing the manuscript for submission to leading platforms such as Harvard Law Review, SSRN, and arXiv.
Scope of Work:
We would like your support with the following:
Advanced language editing (grammar, syntax, clarity, and fluency)
Academic style refinement to meet top-tier legal publication standards
Structural and logical consistency review
Terminology consistency, particularly in legal and AI-related concepts
Citation and formatting alignment (preferably familiarity with Bluebook or similar legal citation styles)
Suggestions for improving readability, coherence, and argument flow

We would appreciate it if you could outline:
Your proposed workflow for a manuscript of this length
Estimated timeline for completion
Whether you provide staged feedback (e.g., sample edit of a section before full commitment)
Revision policy (number of revision rounds included)
