The Role
A hands-on civil engineering position covering the full project lifecycle — from client engagement and proposal development through final design, permitting, and approval. You'll manage multiple projects simultaneously while coordinating with clients, municipalities, and regulatory agencies.
- What You'll Be Doing
- Lead land development projects including site grading, stormwater management, and E&S design
- Prepare and submit NPDES permit packages, HOPs, and regulatory permit applications
- Coordinate with Local, State, and Federal agencies and AHJs through approvals
- Attend client, municipal, and contractor meetings and manage project deliverables end-to-end
- Perform site due diligence, feasibility assessments, and zoning/ordinance research
- Prepare technical reports, specifications, and CAD drawings/schematics
- Manage project budgets, invoicing communication, and progress reporting to management
- What We Need
- Degree in Civil Engineering
- EIT Required
- Experience in land development, stormwater management, and environmental permitting
- Proficiency in CAD software
- Strong project management and time management skills across multiple concurrent projects
- Excellent communication skills — client-facing and regulatory coordination experience a plus
