Job Title: Remote Senior Full Stack Developer – .NET Core & Angular (100% Work From Home)

Salary: $5,000 - 6,000 USD/month depending on experience paid via Deel

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer who is ready to leverage modern technologies like .NET Core, Angular 14+, Docker, Kubernetes, and Azure to build world-class marketing and delivery systems. As a Senior Developer, you will be a cornerstone of our IT and Marketing technology teams. You won’t just be writing code; you will be architecting solutions that power our global digital footprint—from high-performance microsites to complex product delivery systems and social media integrations.
- Responsibilities:
- Architect & Develop: Lead the development of state-of-the-art applications using the latest .NET and Angular frameworks.
- Strategic Collaboration: Partner with business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into scalable technical roadmaps.
- Code Quality: Set the standard for clean, maintainable, and well-documented code. Conduct peer code reviews and drive continuous improvement.
- Innovation: Stay ahead of the curve. Evaluate new tools and technologies to keep J&L Marketing at the forefront of the industry.
- Qualifications, Skills, and Key Competencies:
- Experience: Minimum of 7+ years in professional software development (Senior-level proficiency).
- Backend Expertise: Mastery of C# / .NET, ASP.NET Core/MVC, and Entity Framework. You should be comfortable designing RESTful APIs and microservices.
- Frontend Expertise: Advanced proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and Angular (v12+). You understand state management, component architecture, and web performance optimization.
- DevOps & Cloud: Hands-on experience with Docker/Kubernetes and Azure (or AWS/GCP). Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps/GitHub Actions).
- Software Craftsmanship: Strong grasp of Design Patterns, SOLID principles, Unit Testing/TDD, and Agile/SCRUM methodologies.
- Leadership Qualities: A mentor mindset. You enjoy code reviews, establishing best practices, and collaborating with globally distributed teams.
