Tandem Vet Is Hiring: Virtual Veterinary Technician (Remote)

We’re looking for a compassionate, experienced, and tech-savvy Virtual Veterinary Technician to join our growing remote team. If you're ready to make an impact without being in the clinic every day, read on!
Position: Virtual Veterinary Technician Location: 100% Remote (U.S. based) Schedule: Part-time or Full-time — flexible hours Team: Supportive, collaborative, and pet-obsessed
Start Date: As soon as you're ready!
- What You’ll Do:
- Support Tandem Vet partner clinics by virtually assisting with client communication, education, and follow-up
- Conduct virtual check-ins and post-visit client calls
- Help triage messages and prioritize non-urgent care needs
- Review and gather records, provide discharge instructions, and reinforce treatment plans
- Ensure every client feels supported and heard — even through a screen
- What You Bring:
- veterinary tech, assistant, or client service experience in a veterinary clinic (credentialed a plus, but not required)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong multitasking ability and comfort with virtual tools
- A quiet, reliable workspace and a passion for client care
- Familiar with Google Docs. Sheets, and technology operating systems
- Familiarity with PIMS and telehealth systems (bonus!)

Pay: $15.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
