Process Medicare billing claims in a timely and accurate manner.
Ensure compliance with all Medicare regulations and guidelines.
Provide exceptional customer service to members and external stakeholders.
Maintain a thorough understanding of Medicare billing processes and stay up-to-date on any changes or updates.
Communicate effectively with internal teams, members, and external partners to resolve any billing issues or discrepancies.
Collaborate with other departments to gather necessary information for billing purposes.
Identify and escalate any potential compliance issues or concerns.
Maintain accurate and organized records of all billing activities.
Respond to inquiries and requests from members and external stakeholders regarding billing processes.
Work closely with Medicare policies and procedures to ensure accurate billing and claims processing.
Attend training and education sessions to stay current on Medicare regulations and guidelines.
Assist in developing and implementing new processes to improve efficiency and accuracy of billing procedures.
Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for process improvement.
Represent UnitedHealth Group in a professional and positive manner at all times.
Prioritize and manage multiple tasks to meet strict deadlines.
Maintain confidentiality of all member and company information.
Other duties as assigned by supervisor or management.
