Job Overview
Honest Soul Counseling is a growing, client-centered telehealth private practice seeking licensed Mental Health Therapists to join our team. This is a fully remote position serving clients throughout New Jersey.

- Responsibilities
- Provide virtual therapy to individuals, couples, and families
- Conduct assessments and establish diagnosis
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Deliver evidence-based therapy (CBT, psychodynamic therapy, motivational interviewing, etc.)
- Provide crisis intervention when needed
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation (HIPAA-compliant)
- Collaborate with other providers as needed
- Maintain a caseload of 20–30 clients per week (evening availability preferred)
- Qualifications
- Active New Jersey license: LCSW, LPC, LAC (required)
- Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field
- Experience providing psychotherapy (relationship counseling experience a plus)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Experience with EHR/EMR systems preferred
- Compensation & Benefits
- $60,000 – $90,000 per year (based on experience, licensure, and caseload)
