- Leads new clients through the digital onboarding process
- Conducts training sessions to empower clients in utilizing our digital marketing tools and client dashboard effectively
- Specializes in setting up clients on our digital advertising products, ensuring configurations align with their unique business objectives
- Manages the follow-up process with clients and publishers to obtain the necessary account permissions before the campaign start date
- Provides early reporting to clients, offering insights and recommendations for optimizing their digital advertising efforts
- Provides support for the team when permissions cannot be given to shift the client to a different product
- Act as the point of contact via call, text, or video for client inquiries, concerns, and escalations during the onboarding phase.
- Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical clients.
- Familiarity with digital marketing reporting tools and experience conducting reporting calls.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, draw conclusions, and make data-driven recommendations.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple clients and priorities effectively.
- Proactive problem-solving skills with a strong commitment to client satisfaction.
- Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in digital marketing or at a digital agency.
- Previous digital account manager experience with the Meta platform.
- DSP experience
- Experience with Google Ads and Google My Business.
