Job Description

M3C recrute un(e) Analyste ServiceNow (ID686) pour le compte d’un client international en forte croissance. Il s’agit d’un mandat de 12 mois, avec possibilitĂ© de renouvellement, en tĂ©lĂ©travail Ă  100 %. Le rĂŽle consiste Ă  soutenir les efforts de dĂ©veloppement et d’optimisation de la plateforme ServiceNow, en recueillant les besoins d’affaires et en contribuant Ă  la conception de solutions alignĂ©es sur les meilleures pratiques. Quelques dĂ©placements ponctuels sur diffĂ©rents sites sont Ă  prĂ©voir.

Les responsabilitĂ©s sont: 
  • Recueillir, analyser et documenter les besoins fonctionnels liĂ©s Ă  ServiceNow;
  • Organiser des ateliers avec les parties prenantes pour explorer les enjeux et valider les solutions;
  • RĂ©diger des rĂ©cits utilisateurs et des spĂ©cifications fonctionnelles conformes aux standards ServiceNow;
  • Faciliter la collaboration entre les Ă©quipes d’affaires et le COE ServiceNow;
  • Appuyer les Ă©quipes techniques, qualitĂ© et gestion du changement dans le dĂ©ploiement des livrables.

M3C is recruiting an experienced ServiceNow Analyst (ID686) on behalf of a rapidly growing international client. This is a 12‑month mandate, with the possibility of renewal, 100% remote. The role involves supporting the development and optimization of the ServiceNow platform by gathering business requirements and contributing to the design of solutions aligned with best practices. Occasional travel to various sites is expected.

The responsabilities are:
  • Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements for ServiceNow initiatives;
  • Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to identify opportunities and validate needs;
  • Translate business goals into user stories and functional specs that reflect ServiceNow standards;
  • Serve as the bridge between business teams and the ServiceNow COE to ensure solution alignment;
  • Support technical, QA, and change management teams in delivering effective platform enhancements.


Requirements

Les exigences requises sont:
  • Minimum de 3 ans d’expĂ©rience sur la plateforme ServiceNow dans un rĂŽle d’analyste;
  • Bonne connaissance des modules ITSM et ITOM (Incident, Changement, Catalogue, ProblĂšme, CMDB, Centre de services aux employĂ©s);
  • ExpĂ©rience dans la documentation de rĂ©cits utilisateurs, processus et spĂ©cifications fonctionnelles;
  • FamiliaritĂ© avec les environnements Agile/Scrum et les principes ITIL;
  • Bilingue français, anglais;
  • Atout : Connaissance des modules SPM, GRC, CSM, HRSD ou d'autres domaines de services d'entreprise dans ServiceNow;
  • Atout : Certification ServiceNow.

The requirements are:
  • Minimum of 3 years' direct experience on the ServiceNow platform in an analyst role;
  • Strong knowledge of ITSM and ITOM modules (Incident, Change, Catalog, Problem, CMDB, Employee Service Centre);
  • Skilled in documenting process flows, user stories, and functional requirements;
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum environments and ITIL principles ServiceNow;
  • Bilingual French and English;
  • Asset: Knowledge of SPM, GRC, CSM, HRSD, or other enterprise service domains within ServiceNow;
  • Asset: ServiceNow certification.
