This is a remote position.
This is a position within Haldren and not with one of its clients.
This role supports high-tempo search delivery by coordinating stakeholders, protecting candidate experience, and keeping workflows predictable across multiple concurrent assignments.
Key Responsibilities
β’ Partner with stakeholders to define role requirements, success outcomes, and assessment approach
β’ Deliver senior-level talent insights (availability, compensation signals, competitor mapping)
β’ Source, screen, and engage candidates using structured interviewing and market mapping
β’ Maintain rigorous documentation and candidate communication to protect experience and compliance
β’ Support offer processes, reference checking, and onboarding coordination as needed
β’ Track progress and risks, escalating blockers early and proposing clear mitigation steps
Requirements
β’ Experience delivering senior or leadership hires, including complex stakeholder management
β’ Comfort conducting structured competency interviews and supporting reference processes
β’ Ability to provide credible market insights on talent availability and compensation signals
β’ Strong written and verbal communication skills in a professional services environment
β’ High attention to detail, with consistent follow-through on deadlines and stakeholder expectations
β’ Comfort working with confidential information and applying sound judgement
