About the position This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a new delivery program launching in the area. You will play a pivotal role in recruiting local businesses to join a new delivery partner program. In collaboration with a Field Manager and other local contractors, you will visit prospective businesses, pitch the program opportunity, guide businesses through the application process, and coordinate recruitment events. Responsibilities β€’ Visit prospective businesses door to door in targeted towns within a two-hour driving distance. β€’ Present and pitch the new program opportunity to prospective businesses to generate interest. β€’ Qualify prospective businesses and guide them through the application process, managing pipeline activities in Salesforce. β€’ Support the Field Manager to plan and host recruitment events in the community, such as lunch and learns and town hall meetings. β€’ Collaborate with the Field Manager to engage with local influencers like chambers of commerce and economic development associations. β€’ Import Excel spreadsheets into Salesforce on a weekly basis. Requirements β€’ 1-2+ years of experience in sales and/or customer service. β€’ Experience in outside/field sales is required. β€’ CRM experience is required, with a preference for Salesforce. β€’ Exceptional customer service and communication skills. β€’ Attention to detail and ability to solve problems for applicants in the field. β€’ Ability to travel up to 4 hours round trip distance daily. Nice-to-haves β€’ Bilingual skills are a plus. β€’ Prior experience in a sales and/or negotiation role with customers is a plus. β€’ Professionalism, enthusiasm to work with others, and a high sense of urgency. β€’ Tech-savvy with experience working with multiple systems and technology.
