Our AI-powered task mining observes employee actions across the desktop and categorizes them into detailed process maps. Mimicaโ€™s process intelligence highlights inefficiencies, prioritizes improvements based on ROI, recommends the optimal technology for automation (RPA, intelligent document processing, GenAI), and provides a blueprint for building new automations and transforming work.

  • Act as a resource for colleagues throughout the project lifecycle by offering tactical guidance and coaching on best practices, mining, and mapping techniques.

  • Provide insights and solutions for complex or unique cases/projects.

  • Ensure all project deliverables meet established quality standards.

  • Coordinate with Quality Assurance team members pending tasks

Leadership:

  • Facilitate weekly planning and sync meetings for your team, delegating tasks, setting priorities, and establishing deadlines.

  • Develop and refine hiring assessments, including role-specific exercises and interview questions.

  • Participate in the hiring process.

  • Conduct performance reviews, provide actionable feedback, and address performance gaps or celebrate successes.

  • Conduct regular 1:1 meeting to support team members' growth and resolve challenges.
