We're looking for a detail-driven, solution-oriented Estimator to join our dynamic team. What You'll Do: β’ Analyze architectural and engineered drawings to create precise material estimates (lumber, siding, trim, hardware, etc.) β’ Prepare and submit competitive proposals that win projects β’ Collaborate with project managers and field teams to ensure smooth execution from estimate to delivery β’ Provide technical support and problem-solving using building codes and product specs β’ Assist fellow estimators and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement β’ Communicate clearly across departments and with clients to ensure alignment and success What You Bring: β’ 3-5 years of experience in multi-family or commercial construction estimating β’ Strong ability to perform manual material take-offs β’ Familiarity with Planswift or Excel for estimating β’ Hands-on framing or construction experience is a big plus β’ Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings and building codes β’ Excellent math, analytical, and organizational skills β’ Strong communication and collaboration abilities Why You'll Love Working Here: We don't just build structures-we build careers.
