Overview Opportunity for a Curriculum Developer/Instructor, to design, develop and deliver two AI Workshops. This position offers an opportunity to leverage your expertise in instructional design to create innovative programs. Duties β’ Develop comprehensive curricula and instructional materials for a business-focused audience, who possess various levels of technical background. β’ Utilize ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) methodology to create effective training programs β’ Design and produce engaging e-learning content using leading-edge tools (e.g., Adobe Captivate) for interactive capabilities. β’ Manage development cycles from conception through delivery, ensuring timely completion within scope and quality standards β’ Implement curriculum updates and enhancements based on learner feedback and assessment data β’ Deliver instructor-led workshops and training sessions, using Blackboard or other Learning Management Systems (LMS) β’ Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs and tailor content accordingly, ensuring clarity and engagement across all delivery methods Skills β’ Strong expertise in instructional design principles, including curriculum development and learning strategies β’ Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS) such as Blackboard or similar platforms β’ Experience with learning technology tools like Adobe Captivate, SCORM packages, and other authoring software β’ Excellent communication skills for clear content development, presentation delivery, and stakeholder collaboration β’ Demonstrated ability to teach and facilitate learning in classroom settings or virtual environments β’ Writing skills capable of producing clear, concise instructional materials tailored for diverse audiences β’ Some background in Cisco, Juniper, Palo Alto, or other similar technologies is a plus.
