Role: Technical Writer

Location: 100% Remote

    Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and maintain technical documentation such as user guides, manuals, API docs, and FAQs
  • Collaborate with developers, product managers, and QA teams
  • Translate complex technical information into simple, clear content
  • Develop process documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base articles
  • Maintain documentation standards, style guides, and templates
  • Review and update existing content for accuracy and usability
  • Ensure documentation aligns with product releases and updates
    Required Skills:
  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills
  • Experience with documentation tools like **Microsoft Word, Confluence, MadCap Flare, or Adobe FrameMaker
  • Basic understanding of software development concepts (APIs, SDLC)
  • Familiarity with Markdown, HTML, or XML
  • Ability to work with version control tools like Git
  • Good communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
    Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Computer Science, or related field
  • 10+ years of experience as a Technical Writer
