Call Center Representative Responsibilities...
ย Answering or making calls to clients to learn about and address their needs, complaints, or other issues with products or services.
ย Responding efficiently and accurately to callers, explaining possible solutions, and ensuring that clients feel supported and valued.
ย Engaging in active listening with callers, confirming or clarifying information and diffusing angry clients, as needed.
ย Building lasting relationships with clients and other call center team members based on trust and reliability.
ย Utilizing software, databases, scripts, and tools appropriately.
ย Understanding and striving to meet or exceed call center metrics while providing excellent consistent customer service.
ย Making sales or recommendations for products or services that may better suit client needs.
ย Taking part in training and other learning opportunities to expand knowledge of the company and position.
ย Adhering to all company policies and procedures.
Call Center Representative Requirements:
ย High School Diploma or equivalent
ย More education or experience may be beneficial
ย Exceptional customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills
ย Proficiency with computers, especially with CRM software
ย Strong typing skillsย ability to type 20+ WPM
ย Ability to ask prying questions and diffuse tense situations
ย Strong time management and decision making skills
ย Adaptability and accountability

ย Your own Windows-based PC computer with the required technical specifications (Chromebooks and Macs are not compatible)
ย Hard-wired, high speed internet >9 mpbs (check yours at Speed.com)
ย A dedicated telephone (landline) or smart phone/device is required at all times during employment
