Spring into a remote role where youยll blossom! We are seeking a dedicated, customer-focused individual for a remote position with a growing multinational firm. This is currently a longer-term temporary assignment. This is an ideal opportunity to pivot your customer service expertise into the dynamic healthcare industry!
As a Customer Service Representative, you will:
ย Deliver exceptional customer support by answering calls and responding to queries.
ย Assist customers with questions, ensuring each interaction is handled with respect and patience.
ย Accurately document call content in real-time.
Schedule:
ย Work Hours: Tuesday through Saturday, 9:00 AM ย 5:30 PM
ย Training: Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM ย 5 PM (approximately the first 2 weeks)
ย Note: Rotating holidays as needed.
Compensation and Benefits:
ย Pay: $17.75/hr
