Responsibilities:
Β Deliver exceptional customer service for our premium standing desk e-commerce platform.
Β Tailor services to meet the needs of the local German market.
Β Utilize Zendesk for efficient customer interaction management and data handling.
Requirements:
Β Proficiency in both English and German (Native German level).
Β Understanding of the German market and consumer behavior.
Β Experience working in a Zendesk environment preferred.
Β Ability to work remotely with a reliable internet connection and a conducive home-office setup.
