Responsibilities
Β Assist students and parents in resolving technical issues related to our education management platform
Β Provide prompt and accurate responses to inquiries through online chat
Β Guide customers through the registration and enrollment process
Β Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or concerns raised during chat conversations
Β Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution
Β Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Β Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve the overall customer experience
Requirements
Β Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, or a related field
Β Proven experience in a customer service or support role
Β Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Β Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
Β Proficient in using chat support software and other communication tools
Β Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
