Amada Senior Care is a forward-thinking home care agency that is actively hiring a dependable and professional weekend on-call scheduler (every weekend and every other week M-F). Primary Responsibilities Include...
Β Managing the "on call" after hours phone on the weekends (shift starts Friday at 4pm - ends Monday 8am) Every other week M-F required.
Β Communicating and documenting important events such as schedule changes, emergencies or accidents
Β Keeping office staff updated on important issues regarding clients and caregivers
Β Getting shifts filled as needed
You Can Expect:
Β Competitive rates: $17.00 per hour

Β On-Demand Pay-Up to 70% of your pay is available as soon as a shift is worked

Successful candidates must have:
Β Basic computer and smartphone skills
Β Ability to manage scheduling system and phone system
Β Timely responsiveness to call-outs and client schedule changes
Β Ability to maintain accurate client and caregiver records in the scheduling system
Β Excellent oral and written communication skills and ability to listen effectively
Β Detail orientated skills and the ability to stay organized
Β Ability to work independently and meet timely deadlines
