Noda is reshaping online payments, allowing seamless transactions from customers to merchants' bank accounts. With a footprint in the UK, EU, and Canada (Australia up next!), we're seeking a talented Technical Support Specialist to be part of our dynamic team.
Your mission:
We're currently extending our client support to the 24/7 format and are looking for Technical Support Specialists to work the 00:00 - 09:00 GTM+3 shifts. Your tasks will include:
ย Support for clients (companies) in the process of integration with our functionality;
ย Quality control of integrations, testing;
ย Maintaining an integration FAQ;
ย Support for system operation;
ย Assistance in the development of integration... documentation.
What are your skills and experience:
ย Specialised tech education or relevant experience;
ย Knowledge of HTTP;
ย Knowledge of client-server architecture;
ย Ability to investigate and troubleshoot problems by logs;
ย Knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases;
ย Knowledge of Postman, Kibana Azure, Microsoft .NET will be considered an advantage;
ย Russian and English language skills at a level B2 or higher.
