Vocovision is currently seeking a qualified and experienced Digital School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist to become a 1099-contractor in Delaware!
Job Description: In this role, you will provide teletherapy services to students with speech and language disorders in a school-based setting through digital platforms. Responsibilities:
Identify children at risk for reading and writing problems
Providing intervention and documenting outcomes for reading and writing
Assuming other roles, such as aiding with general education teachers, parents, and students
Advocating for effective literacy practices; and advancing the knowledge base.
Conduct digital assessments and evaluations for students.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
Collaborate with school staff and parents to support student progress.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions.
Qualifications:
Active SLP-CCC license in Delaware.
2+ years of experience in school-based settings.
Professional liability insurance.
Proficient in technology and able to pass a tech screening.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
