Job description
Β Prepares and assembles medical record documentation/charts for physician
Β Ensures medical record compliance by self-documentation attestation.
Β Updates patient history, physical exam, and other pertinent health information in the patient
Β Prepares and sends all documentation to physician for review and approval via authentication of detailed data entry and facility-specific procedures.
Β Monitors the duration of basic lab results and screening procedures.
Β Complies with hospital and medical facility policies, including those relating to HIPAA and Joint Commission.
Β Performs other clerical duties and tasks to improve provider productivity and clinic workflow as assigned.
- Required Equipment:
- Laptop/Desktop with at least i5 processor and 8gb of ram
- Internet Speed of 35mbps and above
- Noise Cancelling Headset/Webcam
- Dedicated place at home for work
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: USD $650 per month
Schedule:
Β 8 hour shift
Β 8 am to 5 pm
Β Monday to Friday
