A U.S.-based company developing a next-gen platform that enables B2B businesses to seamlessly host virtual events is looking for a Django Engineer. The engineer will be responsible for designing and implementing reliable, low-latency, and highly performant applications. The company is enabling the modern-day workforce to drive revenue and access actionable engagement insights while conducting events on a digital forum. The company has managed to securely raise more than $35 mn during their Series A round of funding.
Job Responsibilities:
ย Own your codebase, suggest and implement improvements
ย Work closely with cross-functional teams in all aspects of development
ย Accept accountability and ability to work within stringent deadlines
ย Participate in team-wide meetings and brainstorming sessions
Job Requirements:
ย Bachelorยs/Masterยs degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
ย At least 6+ years of relevant experience as a software engineer
ย Extensive experience in Python and Django
ย Nice to have experience in Django Rest Framework, REST/RESTful APIs
ย Experience in Celery and Redis is a plus
ย Fluent in verbal and written English
