About the position

The Data Entry Clerk position at BCF is a full-time remote role available only to local candidates in Arden Hills, MN. The role involves processing inbound receiving data with a high degree of accuracy, providing clerical and payroll support, and ensuring timely data entry into the database. The position requires proficiency in data entry, particularly using the 10-key, and extensive use of Excel.

Responsibilities
Β• Process inbound receiving data accurately and timely.

Β• Provide clerical support and payroll assistance.

Β• Support daily entry of receiving data into the database.

Β• Reconcile physical receipt of tickets against the database.
,
Β• Analyze reports to identify missing tickets.
,
Β• Save electronic tickets to specified folders.
,
Β• Input and/or validate producer payroll data.

Requirements
Β• High school diploma or equivalent.

Β• 1 year of experience with Microsoft Excel and 10-key typing.

Β• Proficient and accurate data entry skills.
