Job Summary
We are looking for a Call Centre Representative to handle calls from customers and provide support to them in all possible. You will be required to work in a time-bound environment and ensure that customer service is provided to its best quality. You are responsible for meeting personal and team targets as well as our customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Β Handle inbound and outbound calls to customers and clients maintaining a high quality of services
Β Identify the needs of customers, resolve issues and provide solutions within the timeframe
Β Ensure you follow the customer service script provided by the company for uniformity
Β Adhere to the company policies and the customer resolution process & steps
Β Maintain good customer relations
Β Meet personal targets and work towards meeting team targets
Β Maintain records of the conversations with the customer and analyze the data
Β Record the customer queries and interaction in the internal CRM and maintain the accuracy of all data
Skills & Qualification
Β A bachelor's degree is preferred
Β Prior experience with customer service and call centers in relevant job roles
Β Good knowledge of CRM practices and systems
Β Customer-oriented attitude with professionalism, strong call handling skills, and active listening
Β Strong multitasking, time management, and target achieving skills
Β Excellent communication skills with good command of the English language
