Mulberry Schools Trust is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Live Chat Agent to join our team on a full-time basis. As a Live Chat Agent, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support and resolving issues via live chat. This is a remote position, and we are looking for someone who is comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities
Β Respond to customer inquiries via live chat in a timely and professional manner
Β Provide accurate and helpful information to resolve customer issues and concerns
Β Utilize technical knowledge of live chat platforms to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
Β Use problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues and escalate when necessary
Β Meet and exceed customer satisfaction targets and quality standards
Β Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
Qualifications
Β Excellent communication and customer service skills
Β Technical knowledge of live chat platforms
Β Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
Β Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Β High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or degree preferred
Β Previous experience in a customer service or live chat role is an asset
