Qualifications
Β Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred
Β Ability to communicate fluently in multiple languages is a plus
Β Familiarity with benefits administration practices is advantageous
Β Strong negotiation skills
Β Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Β Knowledge of HIPAA regulations is desirable
