Account Manager / Billing Clerk Responsibilities:
Β Communicating with clients to understand their needs and explain product value.

Β Keeping accurate records pertaining to inventory and account notes.

Β Identifying industry trends.
Β Acting as a client advocate with a focus on improving the buyer experience.
Qualifications
Account Manager / Billing Clerk Requirements:
Β BachelorΒs degree in sales, communications, or related field.
Β More education or experience may be preferred.
Β Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Β Ability to collect, track, and analyze large amounts of data.
Β Adaptability and strong problem-solving skills.
Β Excellent active listening skills.
Β Ability to build rapport and collaborate with others within the company and externally.
Β Understanding of consumer behaviors and industry trends.
Β Extensive, accurate product knowledge.
