Key Responsibilities:
Β Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
Β Assist patients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
Β Take vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, and pulse.
Β Help patients with mobility and physical therapy exercises.
Β Monitor patients' condition and report any changes to the nursing team.
Β Maintain a clean and safe patient environment.
Β Document patient care and observations accurately in the patientΒs chart.
Qualifications:
Β Current certification as a Nursing Assistant in the state of employment.
Β Previous CNA experience preferred, but not required.
Β Ability to lift and move patients as necessary.
Β Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Β Ability to work well in a team and independently.
