Job Description:
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Virtual Reading Specialist to provide targeted intervention for students in a school based in New Hampshire. This is a remote position with flexible scheduling to meet the needs of the students.
Responsibilities:
Deliver virtual reading instruction tailored to the specific needs of one middle school student.
Develop and implement evidence-based strategies to improve reading fluency, comprehension, and overall literacy skills.
Monitor progress and adjust instructional plans as needed.
Collaborate with the school and family to ensure alignment of goals and strategies.

Qualifications:
Valid New Hampshire Reading Specialist certification (required).
Experience working with middle school students, particularly in reading intervention.
Proficiency with virtual teaching tools and platforms (e.g., Zoom, Google Classroom).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and maintain a structured schedule.
