Job Description

We are seeking for talented and motivated High Ticket Outbound Closers to join our team. As a High Ticket Outbound Close, you will be the first point of contact for our prospective clients in the real estate. You will collaborate with our Sales Team and play a crucial part in guiding clients through their journey to real estate investment knowledge.

Responsibilities...
• Contact leads via different portals and channels to schedule product/service demonstrations.
• Be engaged with leads, conduct introductory calls to assess client needs, and identify the right program offerings for them.
• Follow up with leads who missed scheduled appointments or canceled, through calls, texts, and emails to reschedule.
• Utilize and manage lead information within our CRM software.
• Promote and sell our product/service to potential clients.
• Work closely with our Sales Team and Sales Manager

Requirements:
• 2 years of experience in high-ticket sales, demonstrating a track record of successfully closing deals
• Highly organized, capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities efficiently
• Proven history of setting appointments effectively, ensuring a robust pipeline of sales opportunities.
• Adept at selling over the phone, engaging and persuading customers through verbal communication.
• Experienced in conducting sales and setting appointments via text, utilizing written communication to advance the sales process.
• With excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust quickly.
• Proficient with CRM software, maintaining accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
• Strong time-management skills, ensuring that sales targets are met consistently.
• Self-motivated, with a high degree of initiative and drive to exceed sales goals.
• Have the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
• Demonstrates exceptional problem-solving skills, with the capacity to overcome objections and challenges in the sales process.
• Experience working in high-ticket sales.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $10,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 20 per week

Supplemental pay types:
