About the position
We are seeking a part-time HR Professional for a growing Christian Foundation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for all human resources activities, focusing on developing a strong corporate culture and ensuring that the staff is well-equipped to deliver the Foundation's Vision, Mission, and Strategy. This role is pivotal in cultivating a positive, effective, and Christ-centered work environment.
Responsibilities
Β Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with the Foundation's Vision, Mission, and Values.

Β Oversee the onboarding processes and ensure timely and effective onboarding of new employees.

Β Manage payroll functions and ensure timely processing of payroll.

Β Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.

Β Collaborate with the Executive Team to identify training needs and develop personal development plans for employees.

Β Facilitate mid-year and annual performance appraisal and compensation processes.

Β Administer and manage employee benefits programs, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Β Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.

Β Cultivate a safe and Spirit-filled work environment.
Requirements
Β Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or related field.

Β 5 years of experience in HR, particularly in culture development and employee relations.

Β Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Β Strong analytical, project management, and organizational skills.
Nice-to-haves
Β Master's degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM, PHR, SPHR, CPP, FPC) is a plus.

Β Experience in nonprofit organizations is a plus.

Β Start-to-finish experience in payroll processing is a big plus.
