Job Description:
Responsibility and Minimum Qualifications:
Β Develop test cases from business requirements, and test scripts for UAT
Β Review and approve all testing documentation.
Β Perform User Acceptance Testing in accordance with approved test plans and research unexpected results.
Β Create test data required to perform UAT.
Β Execute UAT Scripts.
Β Execute UAT batch jobs.
Β Perform Application Interface/Integration testing.
Β Perform functionality, usability, design and basic security testing on citizen portal.
Β Perform web application testing on mobile devices (State utilizes multiple browsers and devices, plus Crossbrowser, SoapUI).
Β Perform 508 compliance testing (State utilizes JAWS).
Β Create, update and Execute UAT SQL queries (reporting UAT).
Β Update Requirements Traceability Matrix (State utilizes JAMA).
Β Create, update and execute automated test scripts. Maintain UAT Regression script libraries.
Β Document all test results in the appropriate format (State utilizes JAMA).
Β Log all defects discovered during UAT (State Utilizes JIRA).
Β Provide recurring status updates on the status of UAT efforts.
Β Participate in deployments to perform User Acceptance Testing (May require after hours work).
Β Participate in all scheduled and ad hoc meetings as required.
Β Interpret state and federal policies as it relates to testing activates.
Β Ability to triage with other teams (business, SIT, and development) to resolve issues
Β Must have excellent written and verbal communication
Β Minimum 3 years experience as a UAT tester in public sector
Β Minimum 2 year experience in social benefit programs such as Medicaid, SNAP, TANF
Β Fluency in speaking and writing Spanish and English is a plus
Β Prior Experience in 508 compliance testing (State utilizes JAWS) is a plus
Β Prior work experience with Arkansas Client is highly preferred
Β Bachelors Degree preferred
