Responsibilities & Essential Duties
Β Conduct in-depth analysis across HR Centers of Excellence (COEs), including Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Compensation, Performance, and Succession.
Β Utilize Workday to build, extract, manipulate, and analyze HR data, uncovering trends and insights that drive business impact.
Β Develop and deliver compelling data storytelling presentations, effectively communicating findings and recommendations to key stakeholders.
Β Partner with HR leaders and business units to understand their needs and provide data-driven solutions that enhance decision-making.
Β Design and implement analytical approaches to solve complex business problems, improving HR processes and strategies.
Β Create and maintain dashboards and reports to track key HR metrics, ensuring data accuracy and visibility.
Β Stay ahead of industry trends and best practices in people analytics and HR technology to continuously enhance our analytical capabilities.
Must-Have Experience
Β Workday Reporting Β Expertise in extracting and analyzing HR data within Workday.
Β HR Analytics Β Strong understanding of HR functions and metrics, with the ability to translate data into strategic insights.
Β Excel Analytics Β Advanced skills in Excel, including pivot tables, formulas, and data visualization.
Β Data Analysis Β Proven ability to analyze large datasets, identify patterns, and generate meaningful conclusions.
Β Dashboard Creation Β Experience designing and managing HR dashboards to monitor and report key performance indicators.
Β Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) Β Ability to generate reports and analyze HR data using SQL-based reporting tools.
Β Qlik Sense Β Hands-on experience with Qlik Sense or similar BI tools to create interactive visualizations and reports.
