Job Overview
We are in search of a dynamic Educator specializing in On-Premise Hospitality to join our esteemed team. This pivotal role is integral to imparting education on brand, cocktail, and bar operations, thereby supporting a diverse portfolio of spirit brands within a specific market or state territory. The successful candidate will be responsible for forging trade relationships and generating brand opportunities with customers, particularly focusing on on-premise account decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities
ย Ensure compliance with all legal and marketing code guidelines.
ย Disseminate knowledge regarding brand history, production processes, taste profiles, cocktail crafting, and bar operations to clients, distributors, and consumers.
ย Serve as a brand ambassador at local trade events, facilitating education, mentorship, networking, and tastings.
ย Collaborate with the Master Educator to design and produce groundbreaking educational content tailored to the on-premise audience.
ย Strategically enhance brand visibility and performance in selected on-premise accounts through effective engagement.
ย Mentor local agency Advisors, instilling a passion for the spirits industry.
ย Utilize social media platforms to bolster brand initiatives and demonstrate expertise.
ย Oversee agency initiatives, including budget management, reporting, and performance tracking.
ย Identify and capitalize on brand engagement opportunities within the local market as a recognized industry influencer.
ย Provide supportive backup for the Master Educator during significant events and media inquiries.
