Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team. In this role, you will assist clients in planning and booking their travel arrangements while providing exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities:
ย Assist clients with travel inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
ย Research and recommend travel destinations, accommodations, and activities based on client preferences.
ย Book flights, hotels, rental cars, and other travel services.
ย Maintain accurate records of client interactions and bookings.
ย Stay updated on travel trends, industry news, and promotions.
ย Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues that may arise.
Qualifications:
ย Strong passion for travel and a desire to help others plan their trips.
ย Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
ย Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

ย Proficiency in using computers and basic software applications
ย Previous customer service experience is a plus.
